Gym

Well I didnt end up making it to the gym yesterday..or wednesday. So I plan on hitting it hard today, tomorrow and possibly sunday. I'm not wanting those pounds to cone back on. I feel really lazy not going.

  1. Good luck on your weight loss! I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and I know how hard it is at times to stick with it ... so keep up the good work! Are you going to WW? I recently lost 23 pounds and I am working hard each day to keep it off. I still haven't made it to my goal weight (again), yet. The first time around I made it to goal and become Lifetime ... then gained it back and now working hard to get back to the goal weight.

    1. Thanks for commenting and being my first follower :P I have never been to weight watchers but I've been told that I am doing the same thing weight watchers does...in a way. I'm eating whatever I want in moderation I'm watching my calories and trying to stay within or below what I should be taking in. How should I follow you? I'm used to the "click the button on blogger" and I'd be following..lol
