Back to the daily grind

Of waking up early taking care of the baby and waiting for the hubs to get home to hit the gym. I went over my calories yesterday so I need to burn a little extra today. I believe today is legs day. After my last actual work out Friday, Saturday morning I felt really sore around where I had my c section a year ago. I don't do any ab workouts..not yet at least I want to loose some f the weight in my mid section first. So it was odd to me that I was sore in that specific spot.
